Every roofer in Florida is owed pallet credit, and almost nobody can prove what they sent. The pallets are not individually marked, so when a count is disputed it is settled by whoever kept a record. Usually that is nobody. We keep one, and it is yours.

    Counted at the yard, by plant

    Lake Wales and Okeechobee run different pallet sizes and they are never mixed. Your empties are sorted and counted against the plant they came from, not lumped into one number at the end of the quarter.

    The return ticket, attached to your account

    The ticket is the document your credit actually depends on, and it is the one thing that normally goes missing. Ours lands on the job it belongs to, where your office can pull it without asking anybody for it.

    A running count you can check any day

    Not a number somebody reconstructs when you ask. What went back, when it went back, and which plant it went to, from the day it left your job.

    Ground drops are excluded, and we say so

    A ground drop carries no return obligation. It is flagged that way on your account, so nothing gets counted twice and nothing gets quietly counted against you.

The credit itself is set by your distributor branch, not by us, and the rate moves. We will not quote you a per-pallet figure we do not control. What we will give you is the count and the ticket, which is what the branch asks for.

We bring the machine that gets it up there.

Tile does not walk itself to a rooftop. Our crews arrive with the reach to place it where the work is happening, and the plywood to protect what we drive across on the way. The last thing a homeowner sees is that driveway, so we protect it going in and sweep it going out.
