What we know, and who we tell.

We collect only what it takes to move tile to the right roof and bill for it correctly.

• Contact details. Your name, company, phone number, and email address, given to us when you book work, request a certificate of insurance, or use the form on this site.
• Job details. The delivery address, purchase order and sales order numbers, tile type and quantity, and the access notes needed to get a truck and a conveyor onto the property safely.
• Order paperwork. Confirmations and load sheets sent to us by you or by your supplier, including documents that arrive by email.
• Job site photographs. Our crews photograph loads and roof conditions as a record of the work and its condition on arrival.
• Vehicle location. Our own trucks carry telematics so we know where our equipment is and can tell you when it will arrive. This tracks our vehicles, never your phone.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website, and we do not ask for government identification numbers.

To schedule and deliver your load, to tell you where it is, to answer questions about a job, to invoice you, to keep the records a motor carrier is required to keep, and to settle a dispute about what was delivered and in what condition.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not run behavioral advertising.

We send two kinds of message. Operational updates to customers about a specific load, such as a delivery window, an arrival notice, or a delay. And dispatch messages to our own drivers and crews about assignments.

You give consent when you provide your mobile number and ask to be notified about a job, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Full messaging terms, including frequency and rates, are on our terms page.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share your mobile phone number or your consent to receive text messages with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes, and no exception to this is made for anyone.

We share the minimum necessary with the people who help us do the work:

• Our suppliers and plants, when your order has to be pulled, staged, or returned.
• Our drivers and crews, who need the address, the access notes, and a contact number.
• Our service providers, meaning the software vendors that host our systems and carry our messages. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.
• Law enforcement or a regulator, where the law requires it.

Job records, delivery photographs, and invoices are kept for as long as we may need them to answer a question about the work or to meet a tax, insurance, or motor carrier record keeping obligation. Contact details are kept while you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterward.

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete what we are not required to keep. Write to dispatch@tilespan.com or call (772) 486-7080. We answer in plain language and we do not charge for it.

Stopping text messages does not require a request to us. Reply STOP and it stops.

This is a business to business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we handle text messaging will be made here before they take effect.
