The deal, in writing.

TileSpan is a registered fictitious name of J&J LOADING, LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating as a motor carrier. Where these terms say we or us, they mean that company. You can verify our registration and request a certificate of insurance on our credentials page.

We deliver and load roof tile. Scheduling, pricing, and the scope of a particular job are set in the order confirmation and the quote for that job, not on this website. Where this page and a signed order disagree, the order governs.

Delivery windows are estimates. We work to them and we tell you when they move, but weather, plant delays, and site access affect a schedule and are not always within our control.

Use the site for its purpose. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or use it to send anything unlawful. The content, brand, and marks on it belong to us.

Tracking and invoice links we send are tied to a single job and are meant for the customer on that job. Treat the link as you would the paperwork.

What we send. J&J LOADING, LLC dba TileSpan sends text messages about a specific job: delivery windows, arrival and dispatch notices, schedule changes, and requests for information we need to complete the work. We also send assignment messages to our own drivers and crews. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in. You consent by giving us your mobile number and asking to be kept informed about a job, whether that is on a booking, on the form on this site, or by telling our office directly. Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us.

How often. Message frequency varies with your job activity. Expect a handful of messages per delivery and none between jobs.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send and receive. That is between you and your carrier.

To stop. Reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages. To start again, reply START or call the office.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number. We never share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with a third party or affiliate for their marketing. See our privacy policy.

Payment terms are set on your account and shown on the invoice. Work is invoiced against what was delivered and loaded, including any agreed surcharges for pitch, walking distance, shuttle, or storage, each of which is itemized rather than buried in a rate.

We carry the insurance a motor carrier is required to carry and will furnish a certificate on request. Claims for loss or damage to a load are handled under the terms of the order and applicable transportation law.

Nothing on this website is a warranty of a particular delivery time, and the website itself is provided as is.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida.
